On 20th October, Industry Group hold Third Quarter Production and Management Analysis Meeting, in order to analysis and summary product condition and arrange work of the fourth quarter. President Tian Chungang, top managers and heads of departments of Sinolion, top managers, administrative staff above director, personnel above section foreman of subsidiaries, grass-roots employees and representative of college student in-store attend the meeting.
 
     During the meeting, Vice-general Managers of subsidiaries make production and management analysis of third quarter and working plan of fourth quarter. Vice-general Manager of Industry Group Zhang Dianjie makes a clear introduction of working progress of Sinolion Wheels Co., Ltd. After that, Director of Administration Department and Security Management Department Du Yi, Manager of Research and Development Department Liu Jianfang, Manager of Purchasing Department Li Yi, Manager of Financial Department Zhang Shengdong, Manager of HR Department Hao Jianxin make reports of working progress of third quarter and working plan of fourth quarter. Vice-president of Sinolion Chen Yanguang makes comments on production and management of all subsidiaries and raises four requests on the main work. First, strengthen training of cadres, stick to principles of ‘Two standards, four requests’; second, integrate the post and the station, classify all the staff; third, carry out institutional reform, simplify management layer, quicken message passing between Group and Company, elevate specialization quality, strengthen management function executive activity and the ability of self-contained flat of the root to operate independently; fourth, construct the primary-level organization, improve the ability and professional quality of whole staff.
 
      At the end of the meeting, President of Sinolion Tian Chungang makes a speech. Mr. Tian fully affirms the records of Third Quarter of Industry Group and raises four requests : first, pay high attention to quality complain and improve the quality of products, do make qualified products; second, strengthen working security, urge the staff to be careful on management, during the work and commuter time, especially in winter; third, import and attach importance to talents, be comprehensive, work hard, promote integration and improve our technology and management through the talents; fourth, get a clear understanding of the rule of “ Natural selection and survival of the fittest”, in the status of economic downturn and the increasingly severe market competition, get ready of fighting a hard battle, take time and efforts to technological innovation and cost reduction.
